This Privacy Policy describes how Dragonhold: Crystal Vault ("the app", "we") handles your information.

Information we collect

• Account (Sign in with Apple). If you choose to sign in, Apple provides your name and an email address (which may be a private relay address). We use this only to create and secure your game account and wallet.
• Purchases. In-app purchases of Dragon Crystals are processed by Apple. We receive a signed transaction receipt to grant your purchase; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Gameplay data. Your game progression is stored locally on your device. Account wallet balances associated with purchases are stored on our authenticated game service.

How we use information

Solely to operate the game: authenticate your account, deliver and reconcile purchases, and save your progress. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run the app (such as Apple for authentication and payments) and where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing isaiahdupree33@gmail.com. Local game data can be removed by deleting the app.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
